  • 2 pandan leaves, tied into a knot
  • 600g water
  • 500g of water chestnuts, washed
  • 500g water
  • 1 big beetroot around 400g (or 2 small beetroots), peeled & cut into quarters
  • 90g tapioca flour
  • 30g arrowroot flour
  • Water for spraying
  • Water for boiling
  • 200g ice cubes
  • 300g chilled water
  • Room temperature water for rinsing
  • Some shredded jackfruit
