  • Cooking oil 10g
  • 60 gms soy sauce
  • 100 ml sake
  • 6 gms Hondashi
  • Mirin 1 teaspoon
  • 30 gms Sugar
  • Water (for making sauce) 140g
  • 10 gms thin slices of ginger
  • 100 gms fresh mushrooms
  • 100 ml sake
  • Slury (3 tsp cornstarch and 20ml water)
