  • 900 g pork ribs, seasoned with paprika, cut in 5 cm pieces (see tip)
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1000 g potatoes, peeled and cut in pieces (3 cm)
  • 1 dried bay leaf
  • ½ - 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • 500 - 600 g water
